**DUTIES**:

- Outbound and Inbound calls to work seekers/clients
- Customer Service calls
- Sales calls
- Customer Resource Management
- Professional outbound calling role

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma /Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- A good command of written and spoken English
- Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented player with good interpersonal skills

**TIMINGS**

Contact Centre Operating Hours : Monday-Saturday : 5pm-1.30 am to match UK timings
Working Location : Central KL
