Our team provides support to HR-related requests such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions at a Global level.

**Partner with the best**

You will work within the HR Shared Services Team and will be reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Leader. Our team ensures all HR related request are met a high standard turnaround time.

As HR Shared Services Specialist - APAC, you will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions.
- Providing customer service support. Escalating complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of HR).
- Monitoring team queue in the case management tool and self-assign cases as necessary.
- Communicating and sharing processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue.
- Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources or Social Sciences background or equivalent.
- Have an experience in a corporate HR support or client services role.
- Possess good analytics, business, and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations.
- Be a customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via Global HR Centre.
- Have the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Have familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs.
- Have working knowledge of service request management tools, MS Office, Workday, Neocase, SAP, ServiceNow and other HR related tools.
