Responsibilities:

- Conduct data entry tasks related to HR documentation and records management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- Support in organizing and maintaining HR files, both in physical and digital formats.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling appointments and meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining databases.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.

Perform any other duties related to HR document management and administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

- Organizational skills to maintain HR files, both physical and digital, in an orderly manner.
- Administrative skills such as scheduling, handling inquiries, and database management.
- Knowledge of HR best practices to stay updated and contribute to process improvements.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on various HR-related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management, Degree in Business Administration and any related fields.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
