**Responsibilities**

**HR Manager**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources function, which includes recruitment & selection, salary/payroll administration, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other HR related support services.
- Maintains staffing or manning level by establishing a proper recruitment & selection process.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits changes and directing the processing of benefit claims such as any medical claim or insurance claim.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the review and update process of existing Policies & Procedures.
- Prepare monthly reports such as manpower report, turnover and absenteeism report, etc.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

**Personal Assistant**
- To attend all secretarial and personal administrative duties in a confidential manner
- Acting as the trusted point of contact for the CEO's office for all external parties and internal employees, and dealing appropriately with correspondence, calls and visitors, representing the CEO as and when required.
- Be attentive and tactful, maintain high integrity and professionalism when dealing with company information and personal matters which is private & confidential.
- Organize travelling plans and itinerary of the CEO and make necessary booking arrangement.
- Take accurate and comprehensive minute of meeting.
- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
- To advise the CEO of impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitment. (e.g.: presentations, meetings, reports).
- To handle all ad-hoc matters and tasks as may be assigned from time to time as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years' experience specialising in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations law and practice and other statutory law and regulations related to human resources.
- Highly self-motivated and resourceful in problem-solving and decision making.
- Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
