Channel Sales Planner

Review and monitor fibre performance to align with company sales and revenue goals.
- Drive the channel performance with effective and impactful tactical/long term benefits/rewards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits/rewards implemented and make necessary refinement of the sales hypothesis to continually fuel with the objective of achieving the agreed objectives and targets.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Work with cross department stakeholders for product and service development.
- Develop efficient systems for collection information on performance.
- Continuously finding ways to improve channel platforms and personalizing solutions to meet Sales objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Min. 5 years in working experience in Fiber / Sales Management / Planning / Performance Management
- Able to resolve conflict and connect various stakeholders/ departments together to produce synergized effective outcomes.
- Having skills in project management is added bonus.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Creative, detailed and result oriented, self-motivated working under mínimal supervision, ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrated composure under stress and in times of uncertainty.
