Service Desk Specialist

As a Service Desk Specialist at EPAM Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to Customer Success Managers and Launch Success Managers by addressing technical inquiries from our clients. This position involves managing day-to-day technical requests, assisting with change requests, analyzing customer data, tracking production issues, and fulfilling ad hoc customer requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain understanding of client products and services, aligning with Customer Success mission
- Implement best practices for program success with your expertise in Global Strategic Recognition
- Track production issues and bugs using Jira, providing timely updates to Customer Success Managers
- Generate ad hoc reports for customers and provide guidance on utilizing self-service tools
- Collaborate with internal data analysts to gather necessary data and create reports for Account Review decks
- Fulfill ad hoc administrative requirements assigned by Managers
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Excellent oral and written English skills for effective documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in working with data and generating/analyzing reports
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable and professional communication with customers, both in meetings and through Jira tickets
- Availability to provide support during non-standard business hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
