**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, providing guidance to HR team.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, talent management, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations and Performance: Provide counsel on employee relations, implement performance management processes.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs for skill enhancement and growth.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Manage HR operations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis: Analyze HR metrics, provide insights to support organizational growth.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- 10 - 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- Analytical mind set for data-driven decision-making.
- High integrity and professionalism.

Pay: RM166,000.00 - RM266,000.00 per year
