Operations Manager

Good industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection. -To check that the cleaning of working floors and Public Areas are always kept and maintained to the highest standards, conducting and recording regular quality checks -To ensure that the different cleaning programs in the Departments are done as frequently as establish in the Departmental SOP -To organize and control overall supervision of cleaning on a daily operational basis -To assist in the planning, organising and supervision of all periodic cleaning programmes in all areas of responsibility, ensure satisfactory completion of tasks and record keeping -To liaise daily with the supervisors to ensure an effective organisation of the workload is produced on daily basis. -Oversee the work of the cleaners, conduct regular quality checks and record results -To identify areas where training would be required and discuss with supervisors Liaise with the Reception department as to which areas require prioritisation -To ensure Maintenance issues are correctly reported and followed up -Manage Foreign Workers - Perform Risk Assessment at site. - Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed timely. - Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency is maintained. - Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis. - Provide inspired leadership for the organization. - Make important planning, and strategy decisions. - Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices. - Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment - Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. -Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery an/or equipment with supplies as directed -Engages clients proactively to understand their needs and ensure timely - A good team player and able to work independently. - Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives, able to analyses and think flexibly. - Supervisory skills to manage cleaners. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to read and write English. - Physically fit and mobile. -Prepares weekly site visit report and provide and update in the weekly -Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare presentation materials, reports for meeting and training materials -Create the daily checklists for Cleaners -Provide regular reporting on operational performance.
