Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews and negotiating employment offers.
- Manage the on boarding process for new hires, including completing background checks, verifying employment eligibility and processing new-hire paperwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counselling to employees to improve their performance.
- Maintain accurate employee records including employee data, benefits, annual leaves and time off records.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits administration including processing payroll and maintaining benefit records.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full spectrum of HR operations
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Experience in business partnering will be added advantage.
- To have a growth mindset and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, committed and a team player.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
