CRM & Loyalty Program Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Collect and compile data related to member recruitment and marketing campaign responses.
- Analyze data identity trends, patterns and insights.
- Create comprehensive reports on a daily, monthly and campaign-specific basis.
- Interpret campaign response metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the retail industry CRM or similar capacity.
- Proficient and English and Bahasa Malaysia with good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Ability to anticipate changes in the environment accurately and willingness to accept accountability for results, share success and develop high levels of loyalty and morale.
- Experience with database management systems or CRM software.
- Self-motivated and committed with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
