**工作職責 :**
- 制定短期和長期銷售策略和計劃,以實現設定的銷售部門目標(即銷售收入、成長、市場份額和獲利能力)。
- 透過實現既定目標,確保所有計劃的活動有效實施:即出席人數、業務建設者的招募和銷售目標。
- 確保所有發起的活動在內容、出席人數、業務建設者數量和招聘方面均符合公司期望。
- 確保所有計劃的活動和銷售活動均達到既定目標
- 建立業務市場:依集團方向推動業務擴張
- 監督顧問的表現-提出補救行動計劃以克服不足(如果有)。
- 關鍵開發和銷售管理 - 支援網路領導者的網路開發和銷售成長。
- 與主要顧問定期進行培訓和會議 - 收集市場回饋,傳達公司銷售策略。
- 與顧問的現場工作是必要的,尤其是在審查結果時,因此培訓、輔導和指導是確保進步和成長的關鍵
- 最高管理層不時分配的任何其他職能

**資質**
擁有商業/行銷相關學科的高等教育資格或同等學歷。
**經驗**
至少 5 年銷售管理經驗(最好是傳銷業)。
**技能與知識**
- 必須具備良好的華語和馬來語語言能力(雙語或三語)
- 掌握良好的公開演講技巧
- 領導力和人員管理
- 策略計劃
- 好的社交技能
- MS Office 知識
