Maintain an accurate HR database (hard and soft copies), employee records at all times
- Staff insurance and handle claims
- Implement fair policies and processes, including compensation & benefits
- Monthly payroll processing
- Oversee all administrative tasks
- Work closely with the finance team, ensuring proper filings and documentation of invoices, statements and claims every month for audit/accounting purposes
- Consolidating invoices and raising workflows for payments
- Responsible for travel arrangements such as flight schedules, visas and hotel bookings
- Any other duties as reasonably directed by the Manager.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,069.88 per month
