So what will you be doing as a Technical Troubleshooting Agent?
As a technical troubleshooting agent, your primary responsibility will be to
specializes in resolving technical issues and problems faced by customers or end
call.
Your Responsibilities
- Accountable for closing customer inquiries regarding company
products/services, customer's accounts and provide additional clarifications
as requested by customers
- Responsible for adding/updating/reviewing rich media functionality in Ads
- Address issues or tasks assigned to them through ticketing systems, via Chat,
- Creates layout templates, gallery uploads, component testing, functionalities
testing, builds dynamic display ads, etc.
- Assigned to relatively simpler Rich Media workflows
Your Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Language Required will be Mandarin and good to have Cantonese speaking
- Have basic understanding on HTML, debugging tools or Java is mandatory
- Experienced in Customer Support / Technical Support will be added
advantage.
- Willing to work on public holiday
- Willing to work at KL Sentral (easily accessible to LRT, MRT)
