_Our client, an International BPO is on the lookout for L1 Technical Support Representatives, who are fluent in Japanese (N3 and above). As a technical support representative, you will be part of a team that helps our client's customers with their enquiries. You will use your system knowledge and customer service skills to provide solutions and guidance to the users, as well as to represent our Client's brand in a positive and professional manner. _
**Essential Functions**:
- Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.
- Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of end user requests. Effectively resolve enquiries from end users in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues they are facing.
- Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues.
- _**Training and Knowledge Transfer will be provided.**_
**Educational/Work Experience and Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic IT Knowledge (General troubleshooting)
- 6-12 months of experience as IT Helpdesk/Technical Support/Customer Service or similar role
- Able to communicate in English & Japanese (N3 and above)
**Industry**:
- Automotive industry
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
