**Educational Background**:
1. Fresh Graduate: Someone who has recently graduated (within the last year or two) with a degree in a relevant IT field. This could include Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar programs.

**Technical Skills**:
1. **Strong Math Skills**: A solid foundation in mathematics is crucial for understanding algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving techniques essential in many IT roles.

2. **API Knowledge**: Familiarity with tools like Postman indicates an understanding of how APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) function. This is valuable for interacting with various software components and building integrations.

3. **Interest in Learning**: Since fresh graduates are new to the workforce, a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies is important.

4. **Basic Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**: Assisting with common issues such as login problems, password resets, and user interface navigation. Addressing frequent and simple issues that can be resolved using a predefined FAQ

7. **Escalation Handling**: Identifying issues that require more advanced technical knowledge or involve complex configurations, and escalating these to L2 support. Ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented before escalating to higher support levels.

8. **Logging and Tracking Issues**: Recording details of customer interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided in the support ticketing system. Ensuring that follow-up actions are documented and tracked until the issue is resolved or escalated.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
