**As a first-level (L1) support technician**:
**Working Hours - Monday to Friday (7.00am - 10.00pm) in 9 hours shift & Saturday half day (7am -1pm). Working days shall be a total of 5.5 days excluding Sunday & public holidays.**
- Answering all incoming calls promptly.
- Returning missed calls promptly.
- Communicating politely and using appropriate greetings with customers (training will be provided).
- Checking all tickets and escalating them to the service provider as necessary (training will be provided).
- Working area at SJMC
- Laptop will be provided.
- English and Bahasa Malaysia are the languages to be used.
- Foreign workers are not eligible for this position.

**In the Absence from Work section, you will be granted leave for the following reasons**:

- **Annual leave**:14 days per year
- **Medical/hospitalization leave**: 15 days per year.
- When outsourced staff go on leave, adequate replacement or coverage is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
