**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Send reminders and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

**Communication Handling**:

- Draft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain relationships with key contacts.

**Task and Project Management**:

- Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as required.

**Document Management**:

- Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports when necessary.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and organize both professional and personal events, from small meetings to large gatherings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a administration or executive assistant.

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- **Mandarin speaker will be an advantage**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
