Operation/admin Executive

Job description:
- Manage daily operations efficiently and adhere to internal & external datelines.
- Manage inventory management via Company system in an accurate and organized manner.
- Generate and analyze reports from Company’s system and assist to audit photo submissions by agents.
- Review Client’s project requirements and coordinate with regional team leads to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance to the agreed SLA.
- Involved in daily administrative and operational matters including any ad-hoc assignments as and when required across Clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and provide guidance to agents to rectify any non-compliance operational issues.
Job requirements:
- Multitasking, good management and communication skills.
- Good in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to travel out of town when required.
- Min 2 year(s) of working experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
