As a security operations manager, you develop and implement strategies to help protect the assets of your company. As part of your duties, you may determine the best protocol for each situation, manage the hiring and training process for other security personnel, and otherwise oversee daily security needs.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operational teams, ensuring adherence operational standards and guidelines.
- Guarantee the delivery of exceptional guest experience through continuous improvement initiatives, staff training, and service excellence programs.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Human Resources and Administration, Sales and Marketing, Safety and Security, to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and coordination.
- Supervise and mentor a diverse team of employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
- Uphold strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local regulations and health and safety standards throughout the park.
- To ensure that the facilities operate within the agreed schedule and that the safety and satisfaction of guests are prioritized.
- Ensure all operations are performed according to the SOPs established by the Management.
- Assist in recruitment and training of members of staff.
- Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and cost-control measures to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Actively participate in crisis management, handling emergencies and incident efficiently to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
- Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement corrective actions to improve services based on guest feedback and observations.
- To properly maintain and create records and documentations with accurate and up to date information, according to company and legal standards, when required.
- To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
- Manage, develop, administer, and review the Operations processes and procedures.
- Work with the clients, management and stakeholders to develop and maintain plans, procedures, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain operational performance, morale and discipline of the Operations team and Train and develop the competencies as part of the Operations team.
- Set standards, performance matrix and guidelines for the operations with the objective of driving operational excellence.
- Monitor, coordinate, track, respond and manage security events and incidents according to prescribed procedures and processes, and provide real-time situation awareness to key stakeholder(s).
- Fulfil Client's audit and internal audit requirements.
- Oversee the management of the escalation of events and incidents.
- Collect, process, analyses and assess data and statistics for decision making.
- Prepare and submit reports required by the Management.
- Recruiting, monitoring, and training the operation officers and security guards.
- Attend meetings with other clients to determine operational requirements
- Arrange operation meeting monthly without fail
- Training for team members either security guards monthly at least twice
- May perform other or specified duties as directed by the Managing Director (MD), Chief Operation Officer (COO) and others.
- Need to coordinate with officers in charge for arranging Buffer’s when needed
- Sport check Officer or guards while they on duties
- To monitor and check company asset, hostel, vehicle and others and to make sure all-in good condition
- To Monitor record CSG Training and to make sure all guard attended this Training

**Outlined below are the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will guide our evaluation**:
1. Maintain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) at 70% or below.

2. Drastically reduce the issuance of credit notes, aiming for a zero-credit note scenario.

3. Secure a minimum of 10 new C&U licenses every 6 months.

4. Strategically deploy new Nepal guards to address staffing shortages.

5. Ensure no assignment terminations occur due to operational issues.

6. Generate new business opportunities by deploying a minimum of 50 new Nepalese guards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
