What is your mission?

Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and determine best possible solution to address them.

Reach out to decision makers and offer TDCX's services and address any customer enquiries.

Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs.

Share best practices, constructive feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?

Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

Demonstrated hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification, and contact verification.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office.

Showcases reliability and the ability to work in a high profile position with mínimal supervision and management.

Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
