**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily attendance record
- Maintain OT record
- Submit attendance and OT report for daily and monthly
- Maintain Late in, Absent and MC report
- Update showcause letter if any
- Submit photocopy machine report
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma in HR or any related field
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years in Human Resource or Admin experience preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Good analytical skills
- Organized and attention to details
- Able to work fairly independently and within deadlines
- Able to start work short notice or immediate will be added advantage
- **Must be able to work in Bandar Penawar, Kota Tinggi, Johor**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
