**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a sizable team in Finance and Accounting.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance expectations.
- **Financial Operations**:
- Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of full sets of accounts, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
- Implement best practices and streamline financial workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Showcase advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, generate reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with Blackline or similar financial software to optimize reconciliation processes.
- **Language Proficiency**:
- Utilize proficiency in Mandarin language to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to meet organizational objectives in the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- **Compliance and Standards**:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial standards, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance the overall efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- **Industry Experience**:
- Preferably, bring a background in the SSC/BPO industry, understanding the nuances of shared services and outsourcing in the F&A sector.
**Qualifications**:
- Finance Graduate with a Professional degree (CPA equivalent/MBA).
- 7+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in Blackline is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language.
- Preferably from the SSC/BPO industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM16,000.00 per month
