**Key Performance Index**
- Ensure submission of regulatory reporting on merchant & terminal count is accurate and submitted within timeline.
- Drives and implements process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency & productivity
- Collaborate with key stakholders (i.e. Acquiring Sales, CBPA, iCIMB) to support the acquisition of merchant to meet business objectives
- Work with risk, legal & compliance to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines and group policy & procedures

**Customer**
- To ensure SLA is met to meet merchant expectation & experience
- To continuously drive process improvement and value added initiatives to enhance merchants relationship and experience with merchant
- To handle and resolve merchant escalation issues within reasonable timelines, and provide solutions for process improvements

**Internal Process**
- To ensure all process & procedures are compliant to regulatory guidelines and group policy & procedures
- To ensure timelines of reporting of monthly performance results to respective parties
- To ensure the smooth administration of the section’s operation without major problem
- To ensure that the section staff are disciplined and works in harmony and to preserve team work/spirit and to recommend disciplinary actions whenever required
- To ensure that the section staff is well informed and aware of the company policies and development in the company and industry
- To ensure that section staff are well trained technically to meet merchant’s expectation

**People Management**
- Develops, builds and leads an effective team that operates independently
- Setting the grand vision, provide motivation and empowerment to the team to achieve annual goals
- Provide coaching and development under a robust supervisory structure that ensures all business is carried out in a compliant manner and that staff are trained in the core capabilities of product development, process, compliance and market knowledge.
