**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in hiring process and interview arrangement
- Planning and assisting with employee engagement and hiring activities
- Collecting and updating database with new hire information
- Creating content for social media for hiring such as posters and videos
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Good communication in English in professional setting
- Passionate to learn and develop interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Able to travel and work in Subang Jaya/Shah Alam (office is connected to LRT/KTM Subang Jaya via a link bridge)

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
