Call Center Officer

**MyEG subsidiary, MyAssist is currently has a vacancy for Call Center Operator role to accept inbound calls from customers regarding roadside emergencies & notify our technicians to assist them.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling inbound calls from customers seeking roadside assistance
- Clarify with the customer regarding their current location & the roadside assistance that they need (Battery, tyre, Fuel Delivery, Car inspection, or Towing services)
- Inform the dispatcher of the customer's situation & the location they needed to go.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM Holder
- Able to work in call center environment ( >10 calls per day)
- Good communication for both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Able to work in rotational shift hours (7 a.m. - 3 p.m. / 3p.m. - 11 p.m. / 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. )
- Possess own transport (Free Parking provided) as public transport is not available during the night.
