**Job Summary**:
We are looking to expand our team and are looking for 2 disciplined, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join us

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **LCL Shipment Quotes & Confirmations**:

- Provide accurate LCL shipment quotes to customers.
- Prepare and send booking confirmations once bookings are confirmed.
- **Rate Liaison**:

- Coordinate with destination agents regarding additional inland and other charges.
- Verify and manage rates to maintain pricing accuracy.
- **Shipment Tracking**:

- Regularly follow up with agents on shipment status.
- Keep customers informed about shipment arrivals and status.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Collaborate with the warehouse operation team to address customer and cargo issues (e.g., mislabeled cargo).
- Provide problem-solving expertise to ensure smooth cargo operations.
- **Documentation Management**:

- Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
- **Insurance & Claims Support**:

- Assist customers with insurance coverage and claims needs.
- Provide guidance on coverage options and claims procedures.
- **Payment Collection**:

- Follow up on payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.
- **Feedback & Discrepancy Resolution**:

- Offer prompt feedback to customers and supervisors regarding shipment discrepancies or damages.
- Work to resolve issues efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties.
- **Clearance & Delivery Monitoring**:

- Monitor the clearance progress of overseas shipments for each client.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- **Ad-hoc Duties**:

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Assist superiors with daily operations when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics customer service.
- Prior experience with LCL cargo shipments, particularly to East Malaysia, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to speak and converse fluently in English.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
