**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Operations_

Oversee and manage operations of the center including the following:
a) Administer student enrolment process;
b) Schedule class timetable for optimal use of classrooms and teaching hour;
c) Ensure safety and cleanliness of the centre;
d) Manage billings and collections process;
e) Prepare monthly reports for submission;
f) Attend to parent and student enquiry and establish good rapport and relationship

g) Stock-taking and order placing;
h) Daily _ad-hoc_ activities;
i) Human resources management where required.
- Sales/ Marketing_

a) Support business direction and vision;
b) Work closely with management team to meet center target;
c) Plan and execute marketing events.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Minimum a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in education industry and centre management preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive and takes initiative to resolve issues and/or highlight challenges
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Must be able to commit for work in the weekend

**Working Hours**:
**Weekdays: 12pm to 9pm (Wed - Fri)**

**Weekends: 9am to 6:30pm ( Sat & Sun)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
