**Position Title**
- Cross Border Trucking Sales Manager

**Industry**

- ・Formulate a plan and implement the marketing strategy for the Long Haul Cross Border Trucking (SIN-KUL-BKK) Business, including developing effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth in line with the KWE Regional Office target set.
- ・Proactively seek out new revenue-generating opportunities with existing customers and potential new customers.
- ・Proactively seek out new third parties truckers’ cooperation with more competitive pricing.
- ・Follow up on all sales leads generated.
- ・Coordinate with the Operation center for smooth handling and operation flow.
- ・Monthly monitoring of Trucking business performance, and Profit and Loss performance.
- ・Oversee Operations in Bukit Jelutong Operation Site and Bukit Kayu Hitam Operation Unit.
- ・Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
- ・Steer, manage, and motivate direct reporting operation
- ・Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims, and activities.

- 6500~9000 (RM)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Logistics/Transportation, other or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manager capacity.
- Shall have relevant experience in Cross Border Trucking Sales and Operations.
- Good relationship and networking with 3rd party Supply Chain Trucking Contractors across Malaysia.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Selangor - Kelana Jaya.
- Posses own transportation and a valid driving license.
- Perform site visit to Johor Bahru office and Bukit Kayu Hitam office when necessary.
- Added advantage for Japanese speaker
