- Possess bachelor’s degree in engineering/Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Has minimum of 1- 3 year of working experience in the related field.
- Ability to use
- MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) - Pronto System is an added advantage.
- Has effective computer literacy and hands-on knowledge in Office Administration.
- Has good communication skill in Malay and English.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
- Possess own transport.
- On contractual basis with benefits.
**The Job**:
- Responsible for stock inventory management - allocation & planning of stock based on FIFO method (monitor stock arrival, allocate machine based on demand & ‘C’ status or contract signed documents as well as monitoring the aging truck.
- Responsible in the coordination of administrative the daily delivery management of the new BT/Raymond forklift for sales and rental including preparing delivery schedule for the month, meeting with salesman, print WI, print EDO, follow up on the progress of the machine to ensure machine to be delivered as plan.
- Documentation, problem solving and transport arrangement for machine delivery to customer site.
- To compile, consolidate and prepare various reports for unit head i.e. daily report, monthly sales and rental performance etc.
