**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Setup and Establish Operations**: Lead the setup and establishment of operational processes and procedures for the company's operations in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
- **Logistics and Supply Chain Management**: Manage logistics and supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effective solutions for the company's operational needs.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of operations and provide regular reports to management on operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within operations, implementing strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing operations in Malaysia, and implement measures to mitigate operational risks.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, including game development, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of operations with overall business objectives and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and optimizing operational performance.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages, especially Malay, is a plus.

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
