**University Relations and Early Career Recruitment**:
- Initiate and build strong relationships with Malaysian universities.
- Monitor and manage the entire recruiting lifecycle at universities.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to drive the workforce development strategy.
- Align with global university engagement and recruiting strategies.
- Develop and execute presentations, career fairs, and participate in campus interviews.
**Analytics**:
- Assist the team in drawing insights and making data-driven decisions by utilizing analytics to assess campus recruiting data.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure data maintenance and integrity.
**Branding and Innovation**:
- Strengthen the company's employment and talent brand.
- Participate in taskforces conducting innovative campus engagement events.
**Advising Business**:
- Assess client needs, educate them on the campus landscape, and set realistic expectations based on market intelligence gathered.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Achieve goals by collaborating with extended work teams, peer teams, and business leads amidst multiple demands.
**Qualifications**
- Degree holder with at least years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian educational landscape and labor market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with universities and other stakeholders.
- Experience in campus recruitment and workforce development.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Proficiency with social media and digital marketing tools.
