JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor and evaluate contract performance, terms, expenditures, and deliverables.
- Validate monthly invoices.
- Perform budget reconciliation.
- Monitor and follow-up with external parties on payment.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement plan within the division.
- Ad-hoc tasks will be given from time to time as per management’s instruction.
- Day to day business operation support as and when required.
- Assist in Save/Winback campaigns & engagements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Project will be add advantages.
