Authorises charges to be made for late departures and checks complimentary guest items.
- Promotes and maintains good public relations.
- Motivates and maintains good staff relations.
- Maintains and is guided by hotel policy on credit/lost and found hotel guests’ properties.
- Follows up with credit check reports; liaises with credit manager.
- To be responsible for room division operations during the absence of the Room Division Manager.
- To discuss all matters that needs follow up with the Reception Manager on the next shift.
- Approves the working schedule for the room division and submits them to the Room Division Manager.
- Ensures neatness of the front office as well as ensures correct attitude and behaviour of attendants; discusses problems that are encountered regarding this with Room Division Manager, Assistant Room Division Manager and their shift leaders.
- Assigns and approves duty rosters for room division staff.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Must have good communication skills in English.
- Must present a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; possess a mature attitude and is a good team player.
- Familiar with basic computer skills with previous experience in using hotel management software and telephone switch boards.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
