Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation.
- Prepare, administer and updating records of employment contracts, confirmation, employee transfer and other HR administrative includes Leave & Attendance reports.
- Manage the monthly payroll and maintain all the data to the highest levels of accuracy and confidential
- To liaise with internal & external parties with regards to employee’s compensation & benefit (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, Panel Clinics provider, etc.)
- Coordinate the entire performance appraisal of employees and Generate report for employee’s performance (KPI/KRA) and Training Need Assessment plan.
- Maintains management guidelines on memo, handbook, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and handling counselling session and exit interview
- Involve in all disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with Labour Law & Employment Act
- Plan and coordinate all employee engagement activities including festive celebrations, sports recreational club, newsletters and etc.
- Provide HR relevant reports as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Required 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Resourceful, organised and meticulous.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
