**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The GSS Order to Cash (OtC) Assoc Director will work with a team of around 5 professional OtC colleagues in the GSS Kuala Lumpur Office delivering and managing end to end OtC processes. Additionally, the OtC Assoc Director will work daily with our global BPO partner who executes OtC Transactional services for Organon in the Region. The Assoc Director will be expected to support/backup as needed in a selection of the OtC process areas (Cash Applications, Credit Management and Order Management).

The Assoc Director will contribute to ensuring all OtC processes and transactions comply with accounting standards, policies, SOX and statutory requirements. The Assoc Director will also provide input to the global process owner group for operational opportunities for process and control design, as well as vendor experience. The OtC team will be organized regionally, so the Assoc Director will be working within a regional scope. As well as having responsibility for successful delivery of OtC operations for their region, the Assoc Director will help to oversee service delivery from our BPO partner and will work collaboratively with Organon Customers & Markets to have a full understanding of the business model & dynamics.

Organon was established as an independent company in June of 2021 and Organon GSS is now in the process of standing up our Kuala Lumpur Office. The OtC Assoc Director will be a key contributor in standing up OtC Operations. They will help to build a strong governance and relationships and establish stable, effective, standardized and controlled OtC process delivery to our GSS clients. Concurrently, Organon is implementing its Global ERP SAP S/4 Hana platform and the GSS OtC team will assume a core role in supporting this implementation.

**Position Responsibilities**:
**OtC Process delivery**:

- Direct and Lead the Delivery of services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance.
- Manage process risk by adhering to policies and internal controls, comply with OtC guidelines, ensuring process and SOX controls are executed in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure our control environment remains robust
- Lead a process improvement focus, supporting implementation of best practices and a project management discipline.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support successful audit results and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Support training, accuracy, and timely delivery of work outputs.
- Engage and initiate with process owners and other GSS Center colleagues to help identify opportunities to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
- Ensure professional and detailed process and related internal control documentation exits such as global SOPs, Regional Work Instructions etc in coordination with the OtC Global Process Owner & ICC.
- Provide consultative support to our outsource partners in Genpact Dalian and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Resolve escalated queries in accordance with agreed SLAs
- Collaborate cross functionally within the company/vendors/employees to resolve process and/or technical issues across COMET, Athena and associated OtC systems

**Support Internal Stakeholders**:

- Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, align expectations and ensure an “end to end” approach to process change and improvements.
- Ensure 'world-class service' experience for customers, fellow employees, and stakeholders.
- Manage relationship through collaboration, negotiation, and influence.
- Perform a variety of responsibilities within the Order to Cash (OtC) tower as requested

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to OtC
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in OtC processes preferably in a MNC/SSC environment
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a supervisory position (people manager: team leader, supervisor, coordinator, first level manager).
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (to support our BPO in Dalian and China Market)
