**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing monthly payroll which includes monthly salary processing, checking expenses claims, prepare salary report, and submission of statutory contributions on time and accurate;
- Yearly statutory report (Form E, EA form);
- Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing
- Responsible for coordinating, and implementing the HR function such as talent acquisition, staff retention program, staff welfare, performance appraisal & disciplinary issues;
- Prepare correspondence such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and KPI letter.
- Assist in organize company events (annual dinner, new staff orientation, birthday celebration & sports tournament).
- Manage in-house training and staff external training.
- Manage recruitment for the group including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Attend to all external & internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. E.g. Working permit renewal, insurance, living quarters, regulations etc.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
- A team player with good communication skills who is also able to work independently.
- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Possess own transport, light travelling is required.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
