**Position**: Customer Service Representative
**Location**:KL City Centre
**Tenure**:Permanent (6-month probation)
**Working Days / Hours**: Monday - Friday / 7.30 AM - 4.30 PM (Australian working hours 9AM - 6PM)
**Basic Salary**:RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience at least 2 years in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Australian business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the cleaning supplies or janitorial industry.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Support customers with product information, order placement, tracking, and post-sales assistance.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Offer insights from customer experiences to enhance our products and services.
- Keep informed about product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
