**Job Descriptions**:

- Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
- Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Able to speak Mandarin (ability to read and type in Mandarin is an advantage)
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
- Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
