HR/admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Travel to company's branches and staff's hostel whenever required to monitor & deliver HR functions.
- To bring foreign staff for Opening Bank Account, medical checkup FOMEMA and etc.
- Able to liaise with government agencies regarding company’s related matter.
- Actively recruit by preparing and posting job announcements/advertisements to internal or external websites, social media and etc.
- In-charge of arranging interview session and hiring process.
- Able to liaise with Contractor/Person in Charge regarding branch and hostel Maintenance.
- Able to respond to employee questions and inquiries about company policies.
- Able to communicate with the HR department to maintain and update employee data in HR system.
- To support/assists HR team in HQ office to implement and deliver initiatives.
- To handle any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good understanding of HR function (recruitment, training & development) and office administration.
- Company’s car provided.
- Applicant MUST possess own transportation (travelling expenses are claimable).
- Applicants must be willing to travel to the branches (located within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya).
- Must be willing to come over to branches and hostel whenever needed at any time to solve any HR related issues (OT claim available).
- A self-started individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow-up with details.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Pleasant personality, people oriented, organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management abilities.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
- Office based in Rawang, Selangor.
