**Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Devise actionable marketing strategies from findings on customer insights and their behaviour.
- Bring the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research to provide insights and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of marketing, operations, and product and technology to drive acquisition.
- Identify the “why” and prioritise the “what” in order to drive impact.
- Manage and measure effectiveness of digital marketing channels.
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
- Track, measure, and report relevant metrics. This involves a good understanding of Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Conduct research on competitors and provide suggestions for improvements.

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, User Research agencies, Marketing agencies, and e-Commerce industries.
- Has experience in user research - using customer insights and data for decision making.
- Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
- Good in copywriting, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of SEM and Social Media Marketing.
- Results-driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve with excellent time management skills.
- Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Can work independently, is self-reliant, and self-motivated.
