This role involves supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring legal compliance, and leveraging automation to streamline HR processes.

- To execute and support in Local & Foreign Recruitment activities.
- ** Legal Compliance**
- To assist and support in RBA & Industrial Relation.
- ** HR Functions Automation**
- To automate HR functions like e
- foreign worker management, and e-training & etc.
- Implement and configure HR automation tools and systems.
- Monitor performance and optimize automated processes.

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in HR technology or automation tools are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, RBA/IR, and/or automation processes.
- Knowledge in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript & Virtual Basic)
- Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining processes, ethical sourcing principles, labor standards, environmental regulations, and international frameworks such as the RBA Code of Conduct.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for interpreting labor data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
