Mandarin Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and balance inquiries.
- Educate customers about our banking products and services, helping them select the appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints, escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the banking system.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet established sales targets.
- Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and policies, ensuring compliance and accurate information dissemination.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to resolve customer inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and technology tools.
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of an SPM and above
- Customer service experience in Banking industry( Domestic or International)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using banking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage customer inquiries while adhering to operational processes.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures is desirable.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
