**Responsibilities**:

- Provide confidential secretarial, organizational and administrative services for the effective operation of the school.
- Promote high-quality communication and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the school community.
- Assist with admissions and marketing procedures and school events.
- Maintain a variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records to provide up-to-date information and reference by established administrative guidelines.
- Oversee maintenance of school premises and facilities.
- To update children's school fees and payment & collection.
- To follow up with parents on payment of school fee.
- To attend to other duties as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field with knowledge of basic accounting.
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good time management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and interact with all levels of people.
- Experience in the education industry would be an added advantage.
