Coordinate with the warehouse and retail outlets to address repair and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensure timely execution of repairs to minimize operational disruptions
- Oversee and execute company-wide operations-related tasks, including but not limited to fire drills, flood drills, across various locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all operational activities
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with warehouse and various retail outlets
- Respond to inquiries from warehouse and retail outlets in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the person in charge in warehouse and retail to address operational concerns and implement improvements
- Manage and maintain assets in designated areas, including head office, retail outlets, and warehouse
- Implement effective asset tracking and inventory management procedures
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of asset-related activities
- Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as required by the organization
- Adapt to changing operational needs and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations support services
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in operations support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Knowledge of asset management principles and practices
