安排/协调会议预约和业务日程。
翻译文件、进行研究并准备文件供总监审查
履行一些办公室职责和一般行政支持。
严格保密,并与各级管理层、员工、业务合作伙伴和外部各方进行专业互动。
为主任安排午餐、晚餐
组织旅行安排、行程、住宿、机场和地面接送
负责日历和安排约会。
为公司客户预订旅行和住宿
需求:
具备处理多项任务并与各级员工、内部和外部利益相关者有效合作的能力
精通中文和英文(与中文客户联络)
该职位需要至少2年相关领域的工作经验
只有拥有 3 级驾驶执照的人才会被考虑
愿意在需要时加班
积极的工作态度和高度的主动性
良好的沟通能力,性格开朗
