To assist in the typing of letters, reports, invoice and the department paperwork.
- To maintain a reliable filing and retrieval system.
- To monitor & record Staff Leave, Staff Overtime calculation, Staff Medical Claim etc.
- Responsible for department reservation on meeting arrangement, accommodation, / travel flight for work travelling purpose.
- To assist on other administrative work and ad hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any other related course.
- At least 1 year working experience in admin field.
- Positive attitude.
- Can start immediately.
- Fluent in spoken & writing in English.
- Have experience deal with expatriate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
