JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Customer Service Personnel Department: Customer Service Reporting Line: Customer Service Manager 1. Position Objective: To achieve total customer service satisfaction. 2. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: a) Manage overseas customer service in shipping activities. b) Provide professional, efficient, effective and value-added services to all customers. c) Manage and maintain a good tracking system. d) Assist shipping team by helping while learning the process e) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details outstanding and comments, as well as actions taken. f) Support order processing by order form submission g) Outstanding out with confirm all in order and inform shipping to amend document if any error. h) Insurance purchase for those CIF shipment i) Ensure all the invoice forwarding received and submit. 3.0 Skills and qualifications: a) Attention to Detail —being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. b) Dependability —being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. c) Self Control —maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations. d) Concern for Others —being sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job. e) Stress Tolerance —accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations. 4.0 Performance measures and standards a) Number of customers’ complaints (internal/external). b) Number of shipment c) Time taken to solve customers’ problems. d) Customer service satisfaction survey. e) Sales team’s objectives are met in terms of profit margin, market penetration and volume.
