_**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Checking of Daily attendance for lateness & Absenteeism of workers & compile report for Head of HR
- Assist in conducting interview for Machine Operators & General Workers.
- Maintain workers' records of attendance, medical uniform, shoes & lockers.
- Assist in issuing of Warning Letters to workers & maintain records of such warning letters issued.
- Monitoring & controlling of stationery usage eg. photo stating paper etc.
- Assist to conduct orientation/ Induction training for all employees.
- Assist Head of HR in executing human resource management policies & plans.
- assist Head HR in implementing and improving SOP -C-01 (Competency, Training & Awareness).
- Assist Head of HR in achieving departmental KPI.
- Assist Head of HR in managing Industrial Trainees, Security Guards, Cleaners and other matters pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health & Environment.
- Perform other job junctions deem necessary by Management.
- **AUTHORITIES**:_
- _To give counselling to clerk level and above._
- _To confiscate handphone at production._
- _To sign gate pass for new worker to open bank account._
- _To interview new worker for clerk level and above._
- **REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCIES**:_
- _Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any related field._
- _1 to 2 years of experience in related field._
- _Fresh graduate in above course related are encouraged to apply._
- _Good knowledge in Microsoft office to generate various texts, Reports, tables and charts._
- _Capable of using the BOSS and Time Attendance Management System (TAMS)._
- _Good inter-personal/communication skills for conducting interviews for machine Operators & General Workers._
- _Use of Printers, Photocopying machines & binding equipment, filing system & management, document storage & retrievability._

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
