In this position you will:
- Ensure HR Administration processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with maintaining all HR records, files, and databases, as well as HR forms and templates
- Support the onboarding and induction of new employees
- Strong initiative is required in resolving problems and making recommendations
- Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by your superior from time to time
**The background we’re looking for**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is people-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
