Responsible to update employee database in excel.
- Manage payroll administration. Administer monthly salary computation including allowances, incentives, overtime, leave, claims.
- Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities comply with relevant legislation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Responsible to generate any payroll-related reports upon request and need to ensure data confidentiality before releasing any information.
- Check and maintain employee master file details, bank details, tax file numbers, deduction, and other payroll information in excel.
- Liaise with Agent with:
1. The renewal of Work Permit, Passport, Insurance and FOMEMA.
2. Arrangement of flight ticket of foreign workers (End Contract/Home Leave).
4. Prepare on-boarding of new employees and maintaining training records.
5. Handling staff queries regarding payroll, taxation, and HR related matters.
6. Maintain an organized filling system, check and upkeep staff personnel files, leaves records from time to time.

Industry: Manufacturing Precast

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
